Write two letters to YOUR state lead agency in oil response, requesting it to: (1) Refuse to use Corexit dispersants, and (2) Update oil spill response plans with measures to protect human health and provide citizen advisory councils, using our sample letters.

    • Refuse to use discontinued Corexit dispersants; and
    • Update oil spill response plans to ensure response plans work as intended and do not cause more harm to people and wildlife.
